Due to expansion plans there is a vacancy for an experienced IT Sales Professional who has significant experience working with a Printer/Photocopier Vendor or an IT Enterprise Hardware Vendor. Directly reporting to the Northern Region Sales Manager & working closely with a team of 5 Account Executives, you will be managing a number of commercial enterprise clients and hunting for new business.
Experience managing billion dollar organisations across all levels and establishing & maintaining strategic long term relationships is required. As well as having an understanding of Marketing concepts, priorities and programs and being results orientated and having a sense of urgency.
You must have an excellent understanding of IT Hardware technology and the market as well as have a clear understanding and differentiation of IT market segments.
With a meticulous focus on detail & at least 5 years Vendor experience in a similar role, your successful track record, willingness to deliver & commitment in times of adversity hold you apart from your competition. A high capacity for intellectual thought, coupled with your advanced listening skills are tools that will be put to the test from day 1. You MUST be able to demonstrate a prior ability not only to meet targets but to over-achieve as your 'sales figures' will be scrutinised on interview.
